Privacy notice

This notice explains how StormFox handles the information you choose to send us through this website. We keep it deliberately short, because the site collects very little.

What we collect

Only the details you enter into the enquiry form: your name, work email address, organisation, role, the nature of your enquiry and your message.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

Why we use it

Solely to read, assess and respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We rely on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, together with the consent you give when submitting the form.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database used only by the founding team. They are not readable through any public interface, and they are not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to progress the conversation, and delete them on request or when they are no longer relevant.

Confidential information

Please do not submit confidential system details, network information, vulnerability findings or any material subject to an existing confidentiality obligation. Where a detailed technical exchange is appropriate, we will agree a suitable confidentiality process first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may request access to, or correction or deletion of, the information you have sent us, and you may object to our use of it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

To make a request, please use the enquiry form.
